My Favorite Sports

My favorite sports is a swimming. There are several reasons. First, It is good for losing my weight because it spend a lot of energe. I have developed muscle on my calves, so it looks very not good, but if I swim everyday It make my muscles spread. Second, It is good for health especially for lungs, and it doesn't give my knees a pain because I swim in the water. Finally, even I swim very hard, I'm not hot. In the pool, I always feel cool and free.
Swimming has many benefits, so I like swimming so much.
