How to Make My Favorite Dish


Make Kimchi. First, prepare ten cabbages, three radishes, ten garlics, ten cups of red pepper powder, a ginger, salt, shallots, pickled anchovies and raw oysters. Next, cut cabbages in quarter. Then preserve cabbages in salt water for five hours. Then mix them up, and wash them with cold water. Next, chop radishes and shallots, and mince garlics, gingers, and picked anchovies. Then wash raw oysters with salt water. Mix red pepper powder with them, then spread them into cabbages. Finally, you can eat Kimchi.
