Playing Sports Has Many Advantages

Playing sports has many advantages. First, it is good for health. It prevent many diseases, and it make muscles, bones, and heart strong. Second, you can make friends. Third, playing sports is good for mind because it is fun. It decrease stress, and it reduces tension. If you play sports, you can sleep well, so it cures your sleeplessness. In conclusion, playing sports is beneficial.
