How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Days
Drink a bottle of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Then go out and do jogging an hour. After coming back home, go to the back yard of your house to do swimming. Don't wear a tube, and swim very hard for two hours. During lunch time, eat just an apple and water. An apple is good for losing a weight. After lunch, play tennis for two hours, and wash your family's cars in the sun. After that, you can drink water. Then cut the grass in the yard. In the evening, do jogging again and stretch your body an hour. You must be tired, but don't sleep early. Until just before going to bed, dance hard because you should use your energy a lot. Then sleep just three or four hours. On the second day, do same thing again, and take a medicine to have diarrhea. If you follow these rules, you can lose 10 pounds in two days.
